The importance of user experience design

According to the study, 90% of users said they had stopped using an application due to poor performance, 86% of users had removed an application when they encountered design or functionality problems. By contrast, 86% of users rated apps with special experience. From these numbers, it's not hard to understand why companies that focus on user experiences like Apple, Google, Adobe, Dropbox and Amazon are still leading the way.
Owning a great product is very important, but it is not enough to keep your customers. This is why investing in UX design has proven to be an important strategy. A customer satisfaction UX will bring great benefits - not just short-term profitability but also long-term loyalty.
Vo Thai Hien, CEO of Chili, brought with him the experience of designing the UX under the theme "The Importance of User Experience Design". which he concluded after more than 10 years of experience in the field of website building.
